The first step is the resume evaluation process. Though it is not very important, if you don't have at least a university degree or past work experience, it's likely that your profile will be ignored.
After your resume is accepted, you will be contacted via email and telephone and invited to an interview a few days later. The interview process is divided into 2 sections. At first your soon-to-be team leader will ask you several questions about yourself and the job. The more you can show him/her how passionate and skilled you are, the better. After that, if your impression is good, you will have the chance to meet the studio leader. He/She will ask you questions about many fields, including designing, programming or drawing.
Few weeks after the interviews, if you are evaluated good enough, you will be contacted again to go to a job negotiation extra interview. From now, you know what lies ahead. Negotiate, accept or go.
