Interview
A 20-minute interview with one of the supervisors will include a normal screening and casual chit chat to assess your language level. By the end of the first interview, you'll be informed of the time for your demo session. You'll need to prepare a 15-minute demo based on a specific lesson that will be provided to you.
In the third interview, you'll discuss details like hourly rate and working hours. The entire process takes place within a week, and they are very flexible with scheduling—whether in the morning, evening, or other times.
