Fill out the initial application, next step is a video recorded interview with approximately 5 questions and a couple of cognitive skill tests. Next step is n interview with the hiring manager. My interview was online via video since I applied for a remote position. Interviewers were very friendly and professional. Within a few days, I received an offer of employment contingent on a background check. Whole process took a few weeks.
