The overall process was one of the best I have ever had. I have got reached out from the recruiter on LinkedIn, followed by a 45mins discovery initial call. Following that, I had: - First Stage: 45mins with Hiring Manager (where we discussed my experience, interest in Unity and the role) - Second Stage, this was a combination of 4 rounds of situational/behavioral questions all between 45 to 60 mins. During this time the goal is to assess my Relationship Management experience, Technical knowledge, fit for culture and value and a chat with peers. Last stage was pretty straight forward with Offer details. Overall the process can feel long, however I personally found it very pleasant as it gives you the opportunity to meet different people in the team.
