Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter via email to ask if I was interested in having an interview for the internship program. We set up an initial interview via phone. It lasted about an hour. The recruiter asked basic questions, "What are some of your hobbies?", "What is your GPA?", "What has been your favorite/least favorite course in school?", etc.
After the first interview, I was contacted by an engineer in Houston. We set up a second interview, also phone. The questions asked were a little more technical, "What has been your favorite/least favorite course in school?", "What do you know about United Airlines?", "What is your prior experience with Trans-Cat planes?", etc.
I had another intern with a different engineering in Houston. That interview was also a phone interview. The questions asked were the same as the previous interview.
A couple weeks later I received a call from the recruiter to inform me I was chosen for the position.

Question 1
"We have a 737, a 757, and a 767 in the shop with a mechanical issue. Which aircraft do we fix first?"
Had a phone screening, then a behavioral interview with several team members, and then a shorter interview with my two supervisors. Process was held up by poor planning but interview content was easy.
Phone screen 1 interview it was a phone call out of no where for the screen and then the interview was set up about a week later many weeks after interview before offer.

Question 1
How does your current background align with cargo division?
Interviews with 5 individuals in 2 rounds -- one behavioral first round then a super round of 4 interviews. One excel, one business case, one fit, and one behavioral. Interviewers ranged from associates to directors. HR was very fast in my experience.
