The interview process began with an initial HR round focusing on my background and general fit for the role. In the second round, a panel of three interviewers conducted a one-hour technical and problem-solving discussion. They first asked me to introduce myself, followed by questions about my research experience, particularly how I integrated machine learning into materials research. Later, the conversation shifted toward practical applications, where I was asked to propose innovative solutions for home care products. The overall process was detailed, interactive, and aimed at evaluating both my technical expertise and creative thinking abilities.
