It wasn't too long, but the gentleman that I interviewed with seamed very uptight, he took me upstairs and into a office, the employees looked like dear in headlights, right away I got a vibe that I didn't care for, so I myself sabotage my interview, he asked how did I work with taking directions, I told him I hate micromanagers and that I've very opinionated, he gave this look, I told him that if a company hires you to do a job, then they obviously feel you are qualified enough to go it, so let me do the job I was hired to do and don't micromanage me. Nerveless I didn't get a call back, but he still made me test, which was weird, but whatever. I see that they haven't changed their ways from the former employees reviews. I think if they can get rid of that mentality, they wouldn't have such a large turnover and people would enjoy working for then.
