Basic interview, need to know about company. Then sell yourself with key accomplishments and skills. Present how you will benefit the company. Phone interview first, then one with manager, then area manager, and maybe operations manager.

Standard interview process, personal questions and job related questions. Interview process was conducted over the phone for approximately 20 minutes. Company seemed well rounded and questions were answered to satisfaction.
