Interview
The Regional Geologist interviewed me with several other geologists part of the minerals program. We met through Microsoft Teams and they each asked me their own questions. They were friendly and contacted references before the interview.

Three individuals asking scripted questions over the phone. Provided answers but no actual back and forth interaction/reaction. Felt like they had another candidate in mind and were just going thru the motions with me.
