Interview
I found a posting on a jobs.art for a crater / art handler and applied to it. It was for a full time, mid level position and I thought the fifteen years of experience in the field would be a plus. Three days later I received and email stating that they only had a part time entry level available. I decided any interview is a chance to meet the people and went ahead with it. A week later the interview happened and I was told the position was filled. I filled out and application, all but the salary history, which is not able to be asked in California after ab168 was passed.

Interview
Interview process was 2 steps. Very easy to get in be honest share as much as you can and you’ll guarantee get the job. Anyone can get it due to the high demand for drivers. Anyone with thumbs and heartbeat can get in. No experience, criminal record, doesn’t matter. If you absolutely meet a job to gain experience this is the place for you. But I highly suggest you don’t stay. Job will consume you and add to lots of stress. DO. NOT APPLY YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.

Interview
There were two interviews. One was a general interview with a manager, and the other was more of a shadow day. At the end of the shadow day, you interview with the owner.
