No Interview -- qualification is determined by about 30 minutes of browser games designed to discern your personality.
The real interview is the probation period (30 days in my local). Give the job 2 weeks or so for your body to acclimate, management in my hub wants to work with you to succeed because they really need some good loaders (YMMV by a lot).
They probably won't fire you if you come in and put packages where they belong, not at all hard to pass probation. The bigger question is if the company passes your standards

Signed up and got the job. Have to pass a drug and background test. They're constantly looking for bodies, with generally high attrition rate for new hires. The guys that get through the probationary period typically stay a long time, many until retirement.
Straight forward, to the point. Question and answer style. Can you manage to move X amount of packages in Y amount of hours? How well do you deal with difficult personalities?
