Interview
Call from HR…discussed job, salary was not aligned. I was perfectly clear. Recruited said they would reach out to hiring manager to confirm. Recruiter stated hiring manager not good with salary. Two weeks later got a call from admin assistant requesting interview. I thought they reconsidered the salary. Interview with hiring manager, went well. 7 weeks go by and I heard nothing. Had me back in for second round interview which went well, as I am leaving hiring manager said “When you come on board I will show you.” Seemed like everything was good. Two weeks went by, heard nothing, emailed recruiter who initially said no go on salary, recruiter responded with a generic “You were not selected email.” Sent follow up to hiring manager and team and got no response. Not a professional experience, disorganized group.
The interview process was fairly easy. Typical PM questions were asked. Team was very personable. There was a group. interview. Process was pretty quick in comparison to others. Team was very knowledgeable.

Interview
Panel interview with wide range of questions from specific to system-wide view. Asked about perception of the company from an exterior candidate, which led to a good discussion of internal perception and the direction they wanted to take the team. Overall very good experience.
Virtual. Routine interview questions.
One-on-one for 1st round.
Talent Acquisition member was transparent about what they were looking for. Discussed their mission and credo, then went into round of questions.
