Very thorough behavior based questions that can get repetitive if you get invited to a peer interview after the initial one with the unit manager. It's a good idea to reflect on past and recent experiences so you won't be sitting in awkward silence trying to come up with an example.

Interview
Interviewer was very knowledgeable. They knew what they expected in an employee. They interview went well although there were some challenging questions at times. Department Head was also very well from their staff.
Two interviews, with two different unit directors and the head nurses. General background questions about working with people in hospital care and how comfortable I was in situations. They also were very honest about the work.
