I interviewed with the Company representative, not with Universal Personnel. UP assisted in the entire process and set it up. Universal Personnel was there to answer any questions I asked. Once the interview process was complete, Universal Personnel acted as the middle man to communicate between the employer and myself to handle the hiring process.
