Interview
You go to the bookstore to ask for an application, they are always hiring usually. You turn it in and if they see you fit they call you to schedule an interview. The interview is by 2 or 3 managers, they ask you typical questions and they will let you know if they want you a few days after, they will call you.

What would you tell a customer that refuses to pay $300 for a textbook?
The interview was brief and the mood was casual. Entire interview lasted no longer than fifteen minutes. Interviewer was kind and made you feel comfortable in their presence. You could tell the work environment was fast paced.

Super chill. Basically went right into talking about scheduling and availability. Asked a few questions about hobbies, school life, time management. Then asked how you would respond to three different scenarios relating to customer service.
