Interview
I talked with the lab PI over the phone, then he flew me out for an in person interview. I gave a presentation, met with everyone in the lab, and met with him one on one. It was fine.
It was quite long. First skype interview, then presentation to the lab and then meeting with all the team members one by one, replying to their questions. However, it is useful to meet people in advance.

Interview
The interview goes very fast and just ask me what I was doing, and ask what is my opinion of the job to do , all the procedure goes very smooth, and the advisor is very friendly and nice
