Interview
It was an online application process, with training sessions on what to do in the food industry and workplace. If you go through the trainings and onboarding appointments successfully, you would typically start in about a month.
After applying, I was offered a job as a student food service worker without having to go through the typical interview process. I was hired right away and started immediately.
