Anonymous Interview Candidate in Hong Kong
I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Tutor Circle (Hong Kong) in Jan 2021
The interviewer asked many technical questions regardless your experience or knowledge. It seems that they want to hire a professional programmer in an internship scheme with minimum wage. Those questions mainly about technical term which is not included in my CV, judging your current skills hardly and somehow mocking you by a bit. To be honest, I didn't feel any respect from the interviewer. I mean, what do they expect for a university student that want an INTERNSHIP job with a CV that already listed all he knows. DON'T APPLY this company, NOT RECOMMENDED.
- Have you ever tried working with other framework or any experience in back-end , front-end , cloud, server etc.? (Terms that not included in my CV ) Oh, so you DIDN'T know anything, UH? (aggressively) THEN WHY YOU APPLY THIS JOB? (without any respect)

Causal. It is like a behaviour interview and with some technical questions. The boss is nice and they give you preparation time for the technical questions. Regarding the behaviour questions, it is more about your personal story, which will show how you handle stress and difficulties in your job.
- Talk about one story of you failing in your lifetime.
