I've applied twice for the same role. first time
First time - HR screening, video meeting to talk about the role and about the background. Questions about cloud systems and IOT. No feedback whatsoever after the initial screening ... After 4 months I reached out since the role was still open, they seemed very interested, another video meeting to talk about the role and about the background, WITH THE SAME HEAD MANAGER, a final interview (2.5h) with the same Head Manager plus a Senior dev with very specific scenarios and problems... It went very well in my perspective. After this second round for the same role, no feedback of any kind. I've tried to reach them with no success.
In my perspective, they like to waste people's time and play with situations. I Really can't figure out why they are considered to be a Best place to Work with these kinds of communication and organisation. In the second interview I understood that they have poor rules and processes in software development by the questions i asked, and the responses they gave me… They need help for sure, but with this kind of Management they will have a very bumpy ride!
I strongly disencourage senior people from applying ... at least in PT.
