I applied online through my school's career center and then was selected and interviewed. They interviewed a lot of people on the same day at my school's career center on the same day.
The interviewers were incredibly friendly and made the process feel comfortable. The questions were typical behavioral questions that were mainly focused on healthcare consulting and how your skills will apply to it.

There was a thorough application process that includes cover letter, resume, and transcript. The application even asks for ACT/SAT scores which I thought was unnecessary. They had a long window where they were accepting applications and I got an email back only after the window had closed.
