The interview is relatively easy. There is an IQ test. You have to pass the test first in order to interview with HR team. Then if you are qualified, you will be passed to the team.

There are 3 interview sessions. This processes took around 2 months. First you have to do a test, then interview with HR team, Manager and President. They asked about your personality, interest and some of your educational which related to this position.
