So far its been around 5 weeks since my first face to face interview. I would say iits been about 8 weeks since my first telephone interview. I recieved a call this past friday for a second interview and will update upon completion. The process I took was a telephone interview followed by a skills test for auto/claim division. The test was not overly hard. It has you analyze accident maps and determine the correct map out of 4 etc. Math section was more or less being able to subtotal and total bills. Interestingly the questions build upon themselves so your previous answers will help you quickly answer the next question. 5 days later i recieved a phone call saying I passed the test and a face to face interview was set-up. I interviewed with my (lets pray) future unit manager and another unit manager. 5 weeks pass and I am finally onto my second and I believe final interview. *****UPDATE******* 14 Weeks into the process... Followed up with a Director I interviewed with and I've been told the decision will be made mid november, the orginal posting for the job was early August. Quite a bit longer than expected but I am holding on.
