The interview process was informal. I spoke with the manager on the spot after bringing in my resume. After being an executive in corporate America I wanted a simple, part-time gig that was close to home so that I could spend more time with my kids. Although I was very over qualified I was challenged by the manager if I was capable of doing the job and if I understood their friendly approach to customer service. I remained positive and assured him that I did and had appreciated it on the customer side of TSC for many years. I wasn't offered the job, they gave it to a high schooler but then fired them after a month or so and offered the job to me, I declined.
