This is a tedious process. First had a simple phone interview. Then had to take 2 test prior to a second interview via a webcam. It was extremely difficult and dove into all the decisions that I had made in my work history. Did not ask your typical interview questions, got moved to the third interview where I went to the Cincy office. Prior to going had to do 2 homework excercises ( they didnt even look at them). In Cincy, I had to first fill out paperwork then was taken to the sales floor where I got to shadow two of the brokers. After this I was taken on a tour of the building. Then I sat down with the hiring manager and a manager in training where I was interviewed for an hour or so.

I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
During the interview process it was super easy communicating with the recruiter. During the process I like how you get to go in and shadow 2 people to see how the calling and prospecting works. Over very nice

Interview
Solid, Would recommend anyone who is passionate about sales and wanting the ability to earn uncapped commission. Base pay is low so understand it is very much an "Eat what you kill" environment
I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Jacksonville Beach, FL)
Interview
The recruiter explained the interview process very well and happily answered any questions I had. There were a total of 3 interviews. The first was a phone call, the second one was where you went into the office to meet the recruiter, and the third interview was with the hiring manager. In between interviews, you had to do a small homework assignment that helps you understand the industry a bit better. There is also an assessment but they provide you with study materials.
