I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics
Interview
I was first contacted via phone to set up a phone interview. Set up phone interview for later in the week. Phone interview took about 30 minutes. After phone interview the recruiter followed up with an email that they would be in touch. Two days later I got a call that they wanted to set up a face to face interview. Set up the face to face for about two weeks later. Confirmed by email. Went to face to face and took assessment online (easy), job shadowed a team lead, then was interviewed by manager and second in charge.

I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Columbus, OH)
Interview
Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Apr 2026
Interview
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
