      Executive Assistant Interview

      3 Nov 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Tory Burch

      Interview

The most excessive interview process. I interviewed with 6 individuals over a span of 2.5 weeks, 30 mins each, all said “we think you’d be a great fit” just to be told a week later they chose someone on their own. Who puts someone through 6 interviews, wastes your time and their own time and then doesn’t hire you? Unheard of. Hands down the worst interview process I’ve ever experienced. Stop wasting people’s time.

      Interview

The interview process was overall an enjoyable experience. I was able to get a good sense of the company culture and the team dynamics. I appreciated the time the interviewers took to answer my questions and explain the role to me. I also noticed there could be more diversity in the team which I believe would be beneficial to the organization.

      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tory Burch (New York, NY) in Oct 2012

      Interview

Terrific first interview. Out of the gate it was an emphasis on their culture and values. Very professional, but comfortable. Met two current assistants as well as my potential bosses. Very helpful to hear from those in my current position. HR kept me very up to date during the process. I had to come in three separate times to accommodate executive schedules, but they were very apologetic.
