I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Topgolf (The Colony, TX) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview process was NOTHING as I expected. They call it the "X-factor" auditions and basically want you to have fun with it. If you're not full of energy or willing to put work in, this job wont be for you. Just be the best version of yourself and bring a lot of positive energy in when you go in for the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Last "interview" panel question was "You have 90 seconds to do anything you want." You could honestly do anything, just get passed that awkward stage of them looking at you. I just talked the whole time and made it a good time and thats basically what they are looking for.
First round: fun/goofy/light hearted questions. Ex. What’s your favorite cereal?
Second round: resume/relevant experience. Ex. Tell us about your service experience.
Third round: Free 90 seconds to sell/express yourself. Some people talk about themselves, some people dance. They wanna see that you can carry conversation/have the personality to belong there and be personable/likeable.
Final: Mock service.

Question 1
If Beyoncé and Taylor Swift pulled up in a car next to you, which car would you go into?
Very inclusive experience, able to learn about the company's different job offerings through an interactive work hiring event. Got to know more about the people who work there and ultimately pushed me to accept the job offer!

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Topgolf (Richmond, VA) in Aug 2024
Interview
This is a unique interview process which lasted about an hour. They threw around a questions ball and then took you to meet with these people in the bar dinning area to test your serving skills.
