Lengthy interview with the President of the company, and the Quality Assurance Manager. They went over the history of the company, and the expectations of the job very thouroughly to make sure it was a great mutual fit.

They asked me to describe a hotel that I have stayed in before in detail. They wanted to make sure I had the descriptive communication skills necessary to do the job well.
