30 minutes interview with general manager. Relaxed atmosphere, no tricky questions.
I was offering a glass of water and the manager tried to put me in my comfort zone asking me about my life in London in general and less about my experience. It was just one question about my ex job and my ways of approaching customers.
It was a good connection and the manager seems to have good social skills.
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
