      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger

      Interview

Applied online and met the SR HR coordinator at my school's career fair. After speaking with her and having a great conversation, she offered to set up an interview with the E-Commerce team. Had an interview with 3 people (the director & web content managers) which lasted roughly 30-40 minutes. Asked basic questions such as a run through of my resume, what experience I have, what I like to do in my free time etc - very conversational yet a bit intimidating since it was 3 people at once. After about 3-4 weeks, the HR coordinator e-mailed me saying that I got the position!

I applied online. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger (New York, NY) in Jan 2015

      Interview

I met with the manager and we talked about my major, school and why I chose E-commerce. It was very casual! Then i was notified by HR the same day that I got the job.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger (New York, NY)

      Interview

The Interview process was relatively short (about a month). First, I did a phone interview with an HR rep, where I basically just summarized my resume and past experience. Then, I had an in-office interview with the HR rep and then the my 2 supervisors. Again, that interview was very laid-back more conversational based than interview, which made me less stressed. Then, a fe days later I was offered the internship!

      Question 1

Can you go through your resume and tell me more about your experiences? What are your strengthens/weaknesses?
