After having had my interview rescheduled a few times by the recruiter, I was surprised that nobody in the building knew about me on arrival. I was informed that the person who had been rescheduling said interview would not be available and that no room had been booked for the interview. After more than 20 minutes, a lady from HR invited me to go to the canteen (which was empty and boiling hot). Nobody could find my cv, which I had had the mindfulness to bring with me.
After a couple of vague questions regarding my current employment, my skills, and competencies (all listed on my cv), the interviewer moved to more personal questions. I was informed that the person who had not been present during my interview would be in charge of assessing my performance.
After weeks and weeks of waiting and sending follow-up emails which were never answered, I found out that the recruiter had taken down the ad I had applied for and re-posted the exact same ad (word for word) on the same website I had previously applied with. It took several emails to finally get an impersonal automated response that my application would not be considered.
