Senior Business Analyst, TikTok LIVE They reached out after 2 weeks since my application. I had the first interview with the recruiter (at 9 PM because she was based in China). Then I had 1 interview with the hiring manager (?). He was reading the whole time and didn't sound confident. Lastly, I had an interview with the team lead (?). Everything was confusing and to this day I still don't know what was the position of each one because they mentioned different things. Maybe it was on me but I tried to clarify and still didn't get a clear answer. The interviews were open questions regarding behaviors and some Business related questions (What metrics would you use to evaluate the performance of TikTok Live?, etc.) After the last interview, I didn't hear from the recruiter, and received a generic NO via email (all other communication was via Whatsapp and in really uncommon times because of time zone differences)
