The initial process of the interview was to answer 2 questions,
1. What specifically interested you about the Recruiting Development role at Thumbtack?
2.Please share with us something you feel incredibly passionate about (it doesn’t need to be work related).
Once I was done they had requested a phone interview, the interviewer was akward with his questions. I had asked him how long he had been at the position and he had stated less than 6 months. His method of interviewing was average he wasn't very clear with the questions he had asked.
