Thrive Events Retail Associate/Retail Sales interview questions

The interview only took about 20 minutes. The interview was like an introduction to the position. I was asked when I am able to work and what kind of job I am looking for. I was also told that there are three rounds; this time was the first round. The second round will be on-site; it will be conducted at a client's place. Finally I was told that I would receive a decision whether I enter the second round at pm today, but I haven't received anything.
