Thomas Steel Strip interview questions

Phone interview followed by an on-site interview. I met with the director of GIS, the director of programming, the HR manager, and the manager of the team for which I was interviewing. The different interviews were relaxed and I was given a brief history of the company. I was then escorted onto the shop floor to get a better understanding of the company.
