Interview
I was introduced to the head coach. A few days later we had a phone interview. The next day we had face to face interview. A lot of background checks needed to be done which added time to the process. Lifeguard Certification is also required so it took a few days to set up and receive training

Interview
I went in to talk about the need for a coach and after discussing my beliefs and desires for a little while, I was offered the job. There was an immediate need for the job on both mine and the employer's part. I knew the employer and he knew my family. Knew that I came from a good background.

Interview
Even with my many years of experience they did a thorough back ground check and looked into my expertise by observing my abilities as an instructor before advancing me into the coaching position.
