Question 1
What is an example of collaboration within a team?
I applied online. I interviewed at The Westminster Schools
Interview
Pre-interview, a half-day of interviews with almost ever member of the team including a campus tour. It was intense meeting so many people in a short amount of time but it was very thorough for the employer.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at The Westminster Schools in Apr 2020
Interview
This was one of the most unprofessional interview experiences I have ever had. I went through a phone screen, and then was passed up the chain to interview with a person in a senior role, who was employed by this school, not a head hunter (to be clear.)
We had a great hour long phone conversation, and this person told me they would get back to me the following week with a decision as to if I move forward in the process or not. Well I never heard from them or anyone else from this school again. The unprofessionalism is frankly shocking. At least send a polite form email informing me of that decision. That would have been something, anyway. To be completely ghosted like this, from a "higher up" at this school, just makes me shake my head. If this is how they conduct themselves, I know I only dodged a bullet by not working there.
