Interviewer was very rude and inpatient. I wouldn't recommend. I was told I was monotone and my personality was a good fit for the company. This was a phone interview. I stopped being a customer because I was so appalled by the interview process.
The interview process was efficient and straight forward. I received a response quickly and I was able to interview with higher ups and my direct department. Working within a team and being a self-starter seemed important to the interviewers.

Interview process was pretty laid back and not stressful at all. Had 2 interviews and trained in a different store for a month before entering my home store. The district manager makes you feel welcome and happy to see you.
