Interview process is quite lengthy for a job that issues too much work. Internet test is now required. Then a face to face with an assistant manager and finally one last interview with the store manager. Questions are typical "when was a time when you displayed great customer service" and depending on the manager they might ask "what supplements do you take" or health related questions.

Quick, pointed questions about experience, knowledge of company and hypo situations. Great conversation with store manager, got to get a tour of store, back, meet the Regional Director since he sat in on the meeting. Hired within 2 weeks!

Interview
The interview wasn’t too difficult. He asked about my past experiences and various scenario questions. My store was very short staffed so I was asked about my availability as well because they wanted me to start very soon. I would say she wasn’t really a good interviewer.
