First round was a 30-minute phone call with HR, second round was a 30-minute phone call with a senior trading specialist, third round was onsite with five 30-minute interviews with people in different areas of the company, and fourth round was a presentation in front of the same group, with a few additional people as well. Everyone was very friendly and all conversations were casual. It was clear they all wanted to get to know me personally and make sure I would be the right cultural fit. Although the interview process was lengthy, it did not feel overly exhaustive. All employees I spoke with seemed very happy about the work they do and how the company treats them, which made my decision very easy in the end.

So far pretty straightforward: Recruiter screening -> interview with hiring manager -> data presentation -> in-person interviews with different team members. Everyone has been really nice and helpful. Nervous about the data presentation portion.
