I received an email from my school about this position and I decided to apply. Two weeks later, the HR department contacted me back in order to set up an interview. The first interview was awesome. The interviewer asked me mostly behavioral questions: tell me about yourself, how did you hear about the company, why would you like to work in real estate, what your strength and weaknesses, and were any of your finance classes related to real estate investment. The first interaction went so well, i was called back for a 2nd interview in Cleveland. The place looks good, and the staff were nice and warm. I interviewed with 5 people, one after the other and they asked me to talk about my experience and how it fits well with the position. I am now waiting for an offer.
