Quick, calm and collective. It was a very straightforward interview held by one of the assistant managers at the location at the time. She was not transactional and she was very human and authentic throughout the interview.
The interview was conducted during my application visit. It was an easy-going but professional conversation. The manager seemed happy that I'd come in. I was given an offer right away.
