The Pennington School interview questions

Process was wonderful. Interested and engaged faculty and administration. Smooth and respectful process. Had the opportunity to speak with department chairs, HR, dean and head of school...each individually. Each interview was scheduled in a timely manner.

Very laborious and unprofessional. The interview process stretched over 3 months. After two in-person interviews and communication between each one, they ultimately decided to change the job description. This was a complete waste of my time. They are disorganized and it was clear they are not knowledgeable about the salary and skills related to the position they wanted to hire for.
