It was an online interview. It was scheduled in advance and I was given around 30 minutes to answer the questions that were given to me. They were mostly baseline on how I was as a potential worker.

I was asked about my resume, how I work, how I got through challenges and the like
The initial interview was quick, and the interviewer was easy to talk to. Questions were related to my previous experiences and related it to the role I was interviewing for as well.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Ortus Club (Manila, Manila) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview was pretty much the usual ones (experience, expectations, etc.) The HR recruiter was also easy to talk to. They would introduce the company and job role first, and then ask you if you have any questions in mind.
