It was smooth, took about a week starting with an initial call, then you’re paired with a manager to interview in person, so you have to go meet with the nurse manager for that unit
Interview was productive and not too long. The questions were mainly about my future and how I may act in certain situations. I thought the process was not only needed, but beneficial for my future growth.
