4 Stage Process 1 - Telephone interview to screen and ask Qs on experience and work history 2) With Managing Partner - competency based Qs and scenario based - how you work, how you like to work, how you handle pressure 3) Meeting F2F with Business Owner - Chemistry meeting and how you feel about role - where you want to progress / assessment of character 4) Final interview with head of Department / assessment of character over lunch I loved this approach and I feel it allowed me the time and space to really get my point across, and emphasise by benefit to the company. I also got to learn about the people I would be working with. I made the right choice to work here, and have been loveing every minute of every day since.
