The screening process is lack luster. The HR person seemed bored during the call and preoccupied. He was looking for someone that already had the exact role as it was easier to recruit a lateral move. Be prepared to carry the entire conversation and it end abruptly. You wont hear from them for a month. You will randomly get an email saying they went with another candidate... yet the position you applied for was reposted as a vacancy in the middle of your screening process ! They are a " luxury " property but the recruitment isn't .
