Interview
First step was applying online and receiving a phone call from the HR manager. After passing the initial phone call with the HR person, there was an on site interview with hiring manager.

How do you approach a customer complaining about a product?
Very simple and basic interview. Asked a few questions on former employers and then the normal interview experience type questions. Did not take mouth swab test, or get offered for that matter.

Simple , was about 5 mins asked basic questions like my availability . and previous job experience. also asked the questions that i listed below! overall experience was okay the manager told me the other manager would be in contact for another interview!
