The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Campus, IL) in Oct 2017
Interview
Landed an interview after meeting some employees at the career fair. It was a two part on campus interview. Both were group interviews, the first interview was how to solve a pretty much unsolvable problem- how to come up with rationale and realistic solutions when a customer asks for more than is possible. The second was a cool twist on a coding problem- again team work is key.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
At the end of the first interview, there might be questions for the individuals as to why they took certain approaches or something of that nature.
Data structures alg and basic object oriented programming ideas. Behavioral was a very easy process, why do you want to work for Home Depot, and what would be a good role that you want to be a part of.
