I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group in Jul 2019
Interview
I was reached out to by Zach, one the recruiters via LinkedIn. He was well-informed and had great energy, which was a huge factor in why I decided to move forward with the interview process. I went through a series of interviews with different people from TCG. I had 2 phone interviews and 2 Zoom interviews, and ended up doing A Day in the Field. My interview process lasted a lot longer than usual, but Zach was more than willing to work with my schedule.

Question 1
If you could have any job in the world, what would it be?
Good. Thorough. Very streamlined. Multiple steps. Everyone i spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable about the company. It is a great opportunity. Typical interview questions. Friendly. Nice. Informative. A great place to work.
A recruiter reached out to me stating based on my resume, I would be a good fit for the company. We scheduled a phone interview. I emailed her 10 minutes after the interview was scheduled to begin and I recieved a message stating she had a meeting run longer than she had intended. Nevertheless, we rescheduled to speak another time. During our call her tone was so dismissive, from our initial hellos through the end of the interview. I told a peer afterwards, this was the most unprofessional interview I have experienced in over 20 years. I read the reviews afterwards and I have to agree, which is unfortunate that professionalism and respect was a not parr of values this recruiter lives everyday.
Thanks for your feedback. This is very different from what most candidates share with us. Would like to get more details from you so I can properly coach this recruiter. Please email me at cjemo@connorgroup.com with the specifics. Best wishes.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group
Interview
The Connor Group is in a mission to hire elite performers to fill their team. When interviewing Zach Rainwater, my recruiter, was consistent in answering any questions I had at any time of day. It is a multi step interview process. By the end of the process Zach made sure my travel from Tampa to Dayton was the safest travel possible. Sal and Zach then ensured my success on my Day in the Field to make sure this position really made sense for the both parties.
